Lahinch Trad Festival

2nd Festival of Traditional Irish Music

11th to 13th April 2025

Céad míle fáilte!

Thank you for being part of an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, heritage and, above all, community in one of Ireland’s most breath-taking coastal villages.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the wild Atlantic Ocean, the Lahinch Trad Festival brought together wonderful sessions, singing, swinging céilís and a shared celebration of local fiddler Susan O’ Sullivan. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the festival so special.

See you all next year…

Festival Launch

Eugene Lambe

One of Irelands best known uilleann pipers, we were delighted that Eugene launched the Susan O’ Sullivan Trad Festival. Eugene knew Susan well and often shared a tune with her. On the night he presented his documentary on the musicians of North Clare – it was wonderful.

‘I have been drawing and painting Irish traditional musicians for many years. In particular I have enjoyed the older musicians, the great variety of styles of play and the great stories and history that came with the music. I hope that is evident in some of the work’.
